This work is in the public domain in Ethiopia because its copyright protection has expired or it is exempted from copyright by virtue of the Proclamation No. 410/2004 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Protection, enacted 2004 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:

It is an anonymous, pseudonymous or posthumous work and 50 years have passed since the date of its publication
It is a collective or audiovisual work and 50 years have passed since the date of its publication
It is a photographic work, and 25 years have passed since the date of its creation (or publication, whatever date is the latest)
It is another kind of work, and 50 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
It is "any official text of a legislative, administrative or of legal nature, as well as official translations thereof"

Les œuvres publiées dans ces pays par des citoyens ou des résidents permanents d'autres pays signataires de la Convention de Berne ou de tout autre traité sur le droit d'auteur seront toujours protégées dans leur pays d'origine, aux niveaux international et local, par la législation locale sur le droit d'auteur.
De même, les œuvres publiées hors de ces pays dans les 30 jours suivant leur publication feront également l'objet d'une protection dans le pays de publication étranger. Lorsque des œuvres sont soumises au droit d'auteur en dehors de ces pays, la durée de cette protection peut dépasser celle du droit d'auteur à l'intérieur de celles-ci.
Les œuvres non publiées de ces pays peuvent être entièrement protégées par le droit d'auteur.

The artists rendition of the CoA is not a authoritative source. Rather change the CoA to better match real examples instead.
