I have an issue with two pictures. The photographer's called Berrichi. Lucyin knows him. Furthermore, Lucyin had the ORTS-authorisation to upload those pictures on Wikipedia. However, he lost the proof of the authorisation. Thus, I recommend him to send another email to Mr. Berrichi, but this veterinarian surgeon has never replied. That's why, I'm asking you if I may upload them on Commons?

Hi Èl-Gueuye-Noere! I would keep them on wa.wiki. I see no reason why we can't trust Lucyin. But Commons decided that files need a permission if uploaded later than 2007. See Template:Grandfathered old file. So if uploaded before 2007 they should be okay for Commons. If uploaded between 2007 and 2014 they should be okay to keep local. Ok. I'm going to create a category where I'll put all images that can stay here but cannot be moved on Commons : . It would be simplier for me. I think it would also be easier for you.

Before I forget, may I delete this category ?
