Dear @Orland,

I will take a decision once the debate on "fr.wiki" finished. I don't know if this page was under discussion in order to know if they should delete it or not on "en.wiki" or "de.wiki", such as for the French-speaking project (I don't speak German, so I can't understand what those people write then). The link you provided for the English-speaking project only refer to two talk pages. I also know for sure this article was deleted in the Dutch-speaking project, but it has been kept in the Danish one after a debate that occured in May. Could you tell me more about the decision you take on both Bokmål- and Nynorsk-speaking Wikipedias?

The decision that is taken now concerning this article was difficult.

There are few elements that speak in the favour of its maintenance. Nevertheless, there are many elements that indicate this article should be deleted. People may find hereunder an abstract of both, pros and cons:
Pros:

1) Arenasky paid attention to people's advices on this project until now.

2) This article was saved on the Danish- and French-speaking Wikipedias.

3) This article has not been deleted on English- and German-speaking Wikipedias yet, even though discussions are going on.

Cons:

1) Arenasky defends the article in an extremely clumsy way. He seems to have troubles to know exactly how Wikipedia projects work.

2) This article has been already deleted in several languages. For instance, the Dutch-, Norsk- and Bokmål-projects have completely deleted this article. It seems Arenasky has requested their deletion.

3) This article were, and even still is, under discussion in a lot of projects at the same time.

4) This article has been deleted in several projects: 07/09/2021 = 44 entries => 25/09/2021 = 22 entries.

5) Arenasky is blocked on the German-speaking project.

6) Arenasky is blamed for deleting other users' responses.

7) The picture, which depicts Mohammad Mohammadian, is under discussion on Wikimedia.
