Dear @ MGA73,

This image was taken by Lucyin, but I'm quite sure he doesn't have the authorisation from people who were sitting there. However, this forum was sponsored by a newspaper company (Le Soir), so they were certainly snapped by a journalist of this newspaper. Do we need the authorisationo of them, even though they agreed that anyone else photograph them?

Hi Èl-Gueuye-Noere! On Commons photos are usually accepted without a written permission. We can add c:Template:Personality rights to make reusers aware of the problem.
