Cons:
1) You defend your article in an extremely clumsy way. You seemed to have troubles to know how exactly Wikipedia projects work.
2) Your article has been already deleted in several languages. For instance, the Dutch-, Norsk- and Bokmål-projects have completely deleted this article. If I am not mistaken, it seems you have requested their deletion.
3) Your article is under discussion in lots of projects at the same time.

Unfortunately I didn't know creating an article in different languages is spam!
I wrote several articles in two or three days and almost a year ago in seven or eight different languages and no one told me it was spam!
I'm really confused and Is this law is good or not!? Because it causes Wikipedia to expand.
For example an article about a city and a hundred different languages on Wikipedia, I think this is good and not spam.
My goal was not spam, but I spent a lot of time.
Anyway, I'll not create a spam article again and I apologize from the bottom of my heart.
