I was wondering if I could upload this three images:

They depict an interview in a radio station belongig to the Belgian and French-speaking public broadcasting corporation.
Yours sincerely,

Hi Èl-Gueuye-Noere! Yes if you think it is likely that Djozewal is the photographer and that the persons on the photos agreed to have their photo taken. --MGA73 (copene) 3 d' may 2021 a 17:50 (UTC)
I just noticed Imådje:Trinité2.jpg. If Djozewal is on the photo then he is not likely to be the photographer. But he could have gotten a permission. --MGA73 (copene) 11 di may 2021 a 20:08 (UTC)
Djozewal is on the picture. Perhaps it was a photograph of three writer of Li Rantoele newspaper. If it's the case, Lucyin is maybe the photographer. I'll ask him. --Èl-Gueuye-Noere (copene) 12 di may 2021 a 13:49 (UTC)
As you may have seen, there are only less than 10 pictures for this category. I don't really know what to do with them: either keep them here or move them to Commons. I give you a little description of those photographs hereunder :
  1. - Imådje:Houyeus.jpg: Photograph taken in 1935 (one year before Djozewal's birth). We had already talked about it, but I don't remember if you told us that we could keep it here.
  2. - Imådje:Masson.jpg: Autograph done by Arthur Masson for Djozewal, in 1950.
  3. - Imådje:Morris1.jpg: Autograph and a little private message written by Morris (famous Belgian comic drawer) for Djozewal. I'm afraid the logo on the paper is copyrighted. Spirou is indeed a Belgian comic publisher.
  4. - Imådje:Passier2.gif: An official paper, which authorised Belgian refugees to go in "Zone libre" in France during the WWII. This was written in 1940. I think it's historically important and relevant, so I'm convinced we should upload it on Commons. What do you think?
  5. - Imådje:Tillieux.jpg: A drawing done by Maurice Tillieuw that depicts Djozewal, Franquin and Morris (three Belgian comic drawers).
  6. - Imådje:VanMelkebeeke.jpg: Photograph of two people while they were playing in a photo-story. I'm afraid concerning copyright issues, even though the aim of this picture was only to represent Sir Van Melkebeeke.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Yours sincerely,

Hi Èl-Gueuye-Noere! I would not worry too much about them.

  1. "coleccion del famile da Djozewal" my guess it means that its a photo taken by his family so it is likely he is the heir of the copyright.
  2. I doubt the text is copyrightable. But if it is then its likely that Arthur gave a permission for Djozewal.
  3. Yes the logo is probably copyrighted but we could probably just fix it by making it blurred.
  4. I think it is ineligible for copyright so I agree it could be moved to Commons.
  5. Djozewal might have a permission for that but I would not move it to Commons.
  6. What do you think may be a copyright issue? My guess it that the statue and the mask is very old. If not it is probably de minimis.

So I would move 1, 4 and 6 to Commons and perhaps keep 2, 3 and 5 here at wa.wiki. --MGA73 (copene) 15 di djulete 2021 a 15:16 (UTC)

Dear @ MGA73,
All images are done, except the sixth one. In fact, the photo-story was made in the 1960s. If the author is known we need to wait the 71st year after their death. If the author is unknown we need to wait until 2094. The problems are :
- The author is (still) unknown.
- The license of this unknown work is also unknown.
When the issue concerning the latter one will be resolved, I think it'd be high time to delete this category, wouldn't it?
Yours sincerely,

Dear Èl-Gueuye-Noere! Yes it should be emptied and deleted. If Djozewal is the photographer then I see no problem. To me it looks like the mask and statue is from Egypt when it had its prime time 2-3 thousand years ago. --MGA73 (copene) 15 di djulete 2021 a 17:55 (UTC)
