Does it imply that all images from this category have to be deleted, and that all images from this one should be moved on Commons?

I can't understand the text and Google translate can't help me. So I can't be sure what the correct is. If you think it is likely that Djozewal is the photographer or creator of the files then they can go to Commons. Perhaps Lucyin can ask him via mail if information is missing. Djozewal was born in 1936 so if the photos are taken in around 1955 or later they could be taken by him but if they are taken before it is not likely that he is the photographer.

Lucyin asked him and he said that the gems I just nominated for deletion was not made by him.

The files on Nuk is also not his so they should be replaced unless you/we can find out if they came from a free source.

I changed the license of 3 photos to fair use: Imådje:Gaston1.jpg, Imådje:Gaston2.jpg and Imådje:GastonS.jpg. If you think it looks good then I think we can keep the files and remove the "check category".

I just noticed that I only made a change like Special:Diff/377582 to 2 of the 3 files. I must have forgotten to save the edit on the last file. I tried to tell that the work is copyrighted by 2 persons because Gaston is copyrighted by André Franquin and José Schoovaerts created the story so he has the copyright for the story. Since we only have a permission from José we can either delete or chose to keep as fair use.

The file is used somewhere, so I would prefer to keep it as fair use, if it's possible.

Both of them are from Jacques Van Melkebeke. I don't know if Djozewal received the authorisation from him.

Lucyin could ask José but it would still be hard to prove and since Jacques died we can't ask him. So unless we can find some hiers to ask my suggestion is to change to fair use.
