I've been glancing over the files you mentioned as PD-ineligible. I think these (Imådje:Haust1.jpg Imådje:Haust3.jpg and Imådje:Haust4.jpg) are eligible, because Jean Haust passed away more than 70 years ago.

Hi! By ineligible I mean that it is too simple for someone to have copyright on it (see c:COM:TOO). If creator died more than 70 years ago then that is another good reason why the file is not copyrighted.

So, if I understand well, we can move those three images on Commons?

Yes but it would be a good idea to add info about author first so it is clear for other users that Jean Haust is the creator and died more than 70 years ago.
